Report from Haughley Park Cross Country League 21st January 2007
On a bright morning with a bitterly cold wind blowing from the South West, 10 brave Panthers and 3 good buddies set off at a good pace to tackle the grassy undulations of 3 miles of Haughley Parkland. It was a grand sight to see Senior and Junior athletes spread out along the course and to see Panther vests showing really well. The runners included Sean, Stephen, Michael, Ryan, Ollie, Danny A, Luke, Kieron and Emma and for the first time Matthew. Latisha was unwell and could not make this one.
Sean was again our first runner home and Emma ran brilliantly to finish just one place behind her brother.
