Welcome to Orwell Panthers AC
I welcome you to our fantastic athletics club and hope that your athlete will enjoy their membership to the full. I know that there is much to gain for them and that your support is invaluable. We, too, would value your support and urge you to become an Associate Member of the club. The subscription is currently £2 p.a. although we would accept any contribution at or above that figure. For this nominal sum you would have voting rights and a say in how the club is run. We also undertake to keep “members” informed. There maybe many skills which you could lend to the club that will benefit all the athletes. It could be that you could help as a coach or a judge or timekeeper. Perhaps you could help make cups of tea or bake a cake sometime. Do you have skills that would help on the committee or running a web site? In short, like Lord Kitchener, we need you!
This letter comes with the athlete’s information pack with which you should become familiar.
