CLUB RULES
Orwell Panthers Athletic Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of all its members. The club believes that it is important that members, coaches, administrators, parents/guardians/carers and anyone else associated with the club should, at all times:

be open at all times and | |
|
share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with any official within the club. |
Members of Orwell Panthers Athletic Club are expected to abide by the following club rules. These will apply in training, competition and whilst travelling to and from meetings/sessions: -
| Members will play within the rules and respect officials and their decisions, | |
| Members will respect their opponents, | |
| Members will, at all times, act in a manner that will ensure the safety of themselves and others, | |
| Members will not bring discredit to themselves, Orwell Panthers A.C., any sponsor of Orwell Panthers A.C., any sponsor of events in which Orwell Panthers A.C. competes, nor the sport of Athletics in general. | |
| Members will keep to agreed timings for training and competitions or inform their coach and/or team manager if they are going to be late. | |
| Members will wear suitable kit for each training session and competition, as agreed with the coach and/or team manager. | |
| Members will pay any fees for training or events, promptly. | |
| Members will not smoke on club premises nor whilst representing the club in competitions. | |
| Members will not consume alcohol nor take any prohibited drugs on the club premises or whilst representing the club in competitions. | |
| Members will comply with the Codes of Conduct drawn up for athletes, coaches, volunteers and for parents/guardians/carers. These Codes of Conduct will be given to all new members in a Members Information Pack. |
Breaches of the above club rules will be reported to the Management Committee and will be dealt with according to the Club’s Constitution.
