You are required to acquaint yourself with the UKA Welfare Policy and Procedures which are published on the UKA Web Site. It may be beneficial for you to download a copy for your own convenience.
In order to satisfy the authorities that we are conducting our affairs in a proper manner, you will be required to confirm receipt of this pack and that you have viewed the other papers.
