Soak The Coach for SOGB Summer games

At the end of yesterdays training the athletes helped raise some money, £50 towards the SOGB summer games in August by "Soaking the Coach"

£1 for 3 very wet sponges to throw at the lead coach Ian. Some athletes even paid for more than 3 goes.

Thankfully (for Ian) it was a warm evening and needless to say Ian got very wet. With a few athletes even managing to get a sponge right on Ian's face.

I think that might have been pay back for all those hard sessions he makes them do
